A highly respected and reputable Main Contractor that have been operating for over 80 years’ have an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis, based from their offices in Hertfordshire and working on projects across London.

The company carry out high quality restoration and refurbishment services to residential and commercial properties, including listed buildings. Their experience of blending traditional craftsmanship with innovative techniques has led to the business being awarded a number of prestigious projects over the years.

Business is going strong and with a number of exciting projects currently ongoing and in the pipeline, they are looking to bring in a No.1 Site Manager. The ideal person will have a strong refurbishment background covering both residential and domestic projects, with experience working for a reputable Main Contractor.

Experience:

• Background working for a reputable Main Contractor as a No.1 Site Manager
• Track record working on refurbishment projects (residential and commercial)
• Restoration project experience is ideal
• Good longevity with previous employers
• High level of energy and ambition
• Full UK’s Drivers’ License
