The ideal candidate will be process-driven with experience in a fast-paced building environment, particularly in school/university campus refurbishments.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all site personnel, organize schedules, costings, and budgets.
• Manage daily site operations, supervise labor, monitor subcontractors, check materials, and oversee quality control.
• Ensure project delivery on time and within budget by setting benchmarks and monitoring progress.
• Review design documents with architects, surveyors, and engineers.
• Promote health and safety standards, conduct site inspections.
• Prepare reports and maintain communication with clients and stakeholders.

About You:
