Job summary

Construction Resources Limited in Greater Manchester is seeking an experienced Site Manager for planned works, specialising in kitchen and bathroom installations within residential properties. You will lead and coordinate subcontractors and site operatives, ensure works are completed safely, on time and to the required quality, and maintain accurate progress reports and snag lists.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, knowledge of health and safety

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Site Manager within planned works or social housing.
• Experience overseeing kitchen and bathroom installations.
• Strong organisational, leadership and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage planned works projects involving kitchen and bathroom installations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site operatives.
• Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Ensure all health and safety requirements are followed on-site.
• Carry out regular site inspections and manage snagging.
• Maintain accurate site records, progress reports and relevant paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with clients, residents and project teams.
• Resolve any site issues to ensure projects run smoothly.
