Permanent Full Time 40 hours

We are looking to recruit a Site Manager to join our team based at our office in Welwyn, AL8 6AE.

About the Role

Leading the day-to-day activities of the Project, in accordance with our best practices and governance standards, you will ensure all business objectives are met within overall time, cost, and budget constraints, while supporting the bid and business development process.

With a detailed understanding of operational, commercial, and contractual KPIs, you will manage and maximise operational service delivery and productivity, promoting a focus on quality assurance, service accessibility, and responsiveness, maximising client involvement and feedback.

About You

Candidates will have proven experience in a similar role, with an understanding of profit and loss accounting, budget management, and knowledge of MS systems or similar task management services. You will have knowledge of responsive, cyclical, and planned maintenance services, and possess excellent leadership skills to motivate teams to deliver excellent services to our customers.

You will hold a Level 4 NVQ in Construction Site Supervision or above.

You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence held for at least 12 months, as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only), and you should have a flexible approach as travel to sites around the area will be required.
