Poolhall Recruitment is seeking a Site Manager for a Cheltenham project on behalf of a leading specialist contractor in multi-storey car parks. The role offers a clear pathway towards Project Manager positions and requires strong health and safety focus and leadership on UK construction sites.

You will manage daily site operations, coordinate plant, materials, and subcontractors, and ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards.

Qualifications

• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualifications required.
• Strong health & safety focus on UK construction sites.
• Construction or engineering discipline experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily construction activities and site operations.
• Supervise subcontractors and coordinate site activities.
• Maintain RAMS, inspect plans, and ensure safety and quality.
