Job Title: Site Manager - Passive Fire Protection

Location: Coventry

Established in 1989, our client is the UK’s leading passive fire protection specialist, providing third-party accredited survey, installation, and compliance services to public and private sector organizations across the country.

With offices nationwide, this is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking, modern construction business that genuinely cares about its people.

As the Site Manager, you will supervise and manage contractors’ work, ensuring completion in a safe and efficient manner within specified timescales. You will manage sub-contractors, inspect properties before and after works, conduct progress meetings, and oversee the daily delivery of the programme. You will ensure all works comply with CDM regulations regarding FRA works, and that Health & Safety and Environmental regulations are followed at all times.

Site Manager Relevant Experience / Qualifications:

• SMSTS
• First Aid
• CSCS Card
• Able to gain Security Clearance
• IOSH
• Relevant Fire Qualification (preferred but not essential): BM Trada, FIRAS, NVQ Passive Fire
• Training and development opportunities
