Job summary

TCS Contracts in Swindon is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of office interiors and fit-outs. You will oversee on-site operations, manage labour and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard of quality.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will coordinate trades, monitor progress, maintain documentation and collaborate with clients and suppliers to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial interiors, office fit-outs or refurbishment.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site logistics and programme management.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades.
• Good understanding of health and safety legislation, CDM and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations, labour, subcontractors, materials and logistics.
• Coordinate trades and monitor progress against project programmes.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, quality and site housekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, RAMS and site safety procedures.
• Identify and resolve site issues, delays and buildability challenges.
• Conduct quality inspections, manage snagging and oversee project handovers.
• Maintain accurate site records, progress reports and health and safety documentation.
• Work closely with the Project Manager, clients, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.
