Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering healthcare construction projects.
• Strong ability to manage programmes, budgets and resources.
• Excellent communication, leadership and client-facing skills.
• Willingness to work away from home on nationwide projects when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from site setup through to practical completion
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate all site activities
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour on site
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to specification
• Monitor progress against programme and report updates to senior management
• Maintain high standards of quality throughout the construction process
• Coordinate project activities with clients, consultants and subcontractors
• Ensure all Health & Safety procedures, inspections and site documentation are maintained
• Manage project logistics, sequencing of works and site resources
• Attend and lead site meetings as required
• Support successful project handover and client satisfaction
