Due to growth in their London Underground sector, our client, a family-owned contractor, is seeking a Site Manager to oversee projects including station fit outs, waiting rooms, shops, and more.

Based on-site, you will be responsible for managing contractors and labor, issuing task briefs, ordering materials, and conducting walk rounds with the client.

Applicants must hold ICI LU, SMSTS, and CSCS certifications. Experience in fit-out works and within the LU sector is essential.
