I have an opportunity for a No.1 Site Manager to work on a new build, bespoke Mansion in Richmond, South West London.

The house is being built by a Main Contractor that have been operating since the 1980’s. As a business, they traditionally work on refurbishment and fit-out projects, across multiple sectors including retail, commercial offices and high end residential.

This current project is a new build, bespoke Mansion in Richmond. The company are carrying out the internal fit-out phase of the project, circa £2m in value, comprising extremely high end finishes.

They are looking for someone that has a proven track record working on high end, bespoke houses, ideally from a carpentry background. They are looking for someone to start in January 2020 and are ready to start interviewing now.

No.1 Site Manager:

• Experienced No.1 Site Manager with a track record working for a reputable residential developer or main contractor
• High end residential experience
• Ideally come from a carpentry background
• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
• Strong on Health & Safety and paperwork
• Able to commute to Richmond on a daily basis
