Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a school refurbishment project in Nottinghamshire. The role focuses on coordinating a multi-disciplinary team, maintaining safety standards, and delivering the project on time.

The successful candidate will hold SMSTS, CSCS Manager, First Aid at Work, and DBS clearance, with proven experience in occupied or education environments. This is a short-term contract with an immediate start.

Qualifications

• Experience in refurbishment projects, preferably in education or occupied environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining site records and health & safety documentation.
• Liaising with the client, contracts manager, and project team.

Duration: 6 weeks

Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS certificate (essential)
• Valid CSCS Card (Manager level )
• First Aid at Work certificate
• Basic or Enhanced DBS Check (essential)
• Previous experience managing refurbishment projects, ideally within education or occupied environments
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good knowledge of health and safety regulations
