Job summary

Amida is seeking a proactive Site Manager for a small, child-centred school in Fareham. The role focuses on health and safety, building and maintenance, risk assessment, and day-to-day site management.

Ideal hours are 7:30am to 1pm, though full-time applications will be considered. You will coordinate contractors, support inspections, maintain cleanliness, and ensure a safe, welcoming site for pupils, staff and visitors.

Qualifications

I am seeking a proactive and hands-on Site Manager to join a small and friendly, specialist, child centred school.

Ideally, I am looking for someone to work 7:30am to 1pm, however full time applications will also be considered.

This is a varied role that would suit someone from a buildings and maintenance background who enjoys practical problem-solving, takes ownership of their environment and understands the importance of maintaining a safe, welcoming and well-presented site.

Working closely with the Headteacher and wider team, you will play a key role in ensuring the school remains a safe and enjoyable place for pupils, staff and visitors.

Salary advertised is full time equivalent and will be pro-rata according to contracted hours.
