Are you looking for a fresh challenge?

This leader in the development of private and affordable homes is currently recruiting a Site Manager to join their production team on a 2-year fixed-term contract.

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality affordable housing project, which includes a mix of apartments and 2/3 bed houses.

Reporting to the Head of Construction, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the site, manage subcontractors, and ensure health, safety, and quality standards are in line with company and NHBC standards.

Applicants should have experience working on new build residential schemes for a contractor or developer in a Site Management role, with up-to-date tickets such as First Aid, CSCS card, and SMSTS.
