Are you looking for a fresh challenge?

This leader in the development of private and affordable homes are currently looking to recruit a Site Manager to join their production team on a2 year fixed term contract.

As Site Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of a high quality affordable housing project, which is a mix of apartments aa well as 2/3 bed houses.
Reporting into a Head of Construction you will be responsible for the day to day running of the site, managing the range of subcontractors, ensuring that health, safety and quality are in line with company and NHBC standards

Applicants should have experience of working on new build residential schemes for a contractor or developer in a Site Management role, and should be able to display a settled career history and have up to date Tickets such as First Aid, CSCS card and SMSTS.
