Job summary

A site management role with Allscreens Nationwide Ltd for a complex refurbishment and conversion project in Staffordshire. You will lead day-to-day site activity, ensure safety and quality, and deliver works to programme and budget.

The role involves coordinating subcontractors, consultants and suppliers, reviewing drawings and documentation, and maintaining thorough site records to support commissioning and handover. Immediate or negotiable start available.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day activities of the construction site.
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site operatives.
• Planning and sequencing works to maintain progress against programme.
• Monitoring workmanship and ensuring works are completed to the required standard.
• Managing site logistics, deliveries, access and storage.
• Reviewing construction drawings, specifications and relevant documentation.
• Identifying and resolving construction issues as they arise.
• Coordinating with the Project Manager, design team, consultants and subcontractors.
• Maintaining accurate site records, daily diaries and progress information.
• Monitoring health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Ensuring RAMS are understood and followed by the workforce.
• Conducting regular inspections and quality checks.
• Managing snagging and ensuring works are completed to a high standard.
• Supporting the commissioning, handover and close-out of the project.
• Maintaining a professional and well-organised site environment.
