Job summary

Bigblue Search Ltd in Brighton is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a 3m medical centre refurbishment. You will own day-to-day site operations, overseeing structural alterations, cut & carve works and a full internal fit-out with a dedicated project team nearby.

You’ll manage subcontractors, procurement, and deliveries while coordinating with a visiting PM, QS and Construction Director to keep the programme on track and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering high-end fit-out or refurbishment projects.
• Strong understanding of structural alterations and cut & carve works.
• Experience managing projects from structural stages through to final finishes and handover.
• Healthcare fit-outs experience is a bonus.
• Able to read technical drawings and spot issues early.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day ownership of a 3m medical centre refurbishment in Brighton.
• Manage structural alterations, cut & carve works and full internal fit-out.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site logistics.
• Manage programme, procurement schedules, material deliveries and site resources.
• Review drawings and ensure works meet specification.
• Oversee health and safety, quality control and workmanship.
• Collaborate with PM, QS and Construction Director to keep project on programme and budget.
