Note: Sites across the UK, so staying away 5 days a week is required for the role.

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to work on a variety of projects including EV charging points and petroleum projects for blue-chip clients such as Sainsbury's, Tesco, and Asda across the UK.

In this role, you will liaise with clients, maintain site safety, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This position provides full autonomy and opportunities for career advancement.

This is a roaming Site Manager role, requiring willingness to stay away from home Monday to Friday. The company offers a fully expensed van, overnight accommodation (hotel or Airbnb based on preference), 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and private healthcare.

The Role:

• Site Manager
• Managing Groundworks, EV charging, and Petroleum Projects for a main contractor
• UK-wide sites with national travel
• Managing subcontractors, organizing labor, ensuring health and safety compliance, following project schedules
• Projects lasting from 6 to 16 weeks

The Person:

• Experienced Site Manager with Groundworks / Civils experience
• Ideally holds an SMSTS certification
• Willing to stay away and travel
