We are seeking a Site Manager for a groundworks project in Kent with a UK Contractor.

The role includes:

• Leading by example and promoting safety among colleagues, clients, and the team.
• Overseeing the site programme, ensuring labor, plant, and materials meet requirements, and taking accountability for delivery.
• Ensuring work progresses according to schedule and driving site delivery.
• Managing work quality.
• Keeping operational records up to date.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience as Works Manager, Site Manager, General Foreman, Foreperson, Supervisor, or similar.
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid certifications, and 2 references.
• Relevant experience in Earthworks, Groundworks, or General Civils.
