Job summary

Salter Grange Limited is recruiting a freelance Site Manager to deliver a Marks & Spencer CAT B fit out project in Glasgow. You will take day-to-day responsibility for running site, coordinating subcontractors and keeping the programme on track while upholding high health, safety and quality standards expected by M&S.

You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and client team, manage site logistics, inductions, RAMS reviews, progress reporting and quality checks through to handover,

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on M&S fit out or refurbishment projects.
• Background in retail fit out, ideally within live store environments.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS card and First Aid at Work certificate.

Site Manager - M&S Fit Out (Freelance)

Location: Glasgow

Contract: Freelance, immediate start until April 2027

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am - 5pm

Salter Grange is recruiting on behalf of a well-established fit out contractor for an experienced Site Manager to deliver a Marks & Spencer CAT B fit out project in Glasgow.

This is a freelance role running through to April, offering steady work on a high-profile retail scheme with a contractor that has a strong track record with M&S.

The role

• Take day-to-day responsibility for running site, coordinating subcontractors and keeping the programme on track while maintaining the high standards of health, safety and quality M&S expects

What you'll need
