Job summary

BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting an experienced Site Manager (Building Works and Fit-Out) to supervise the delivery of commercial buildings as part of a major civil engineering project in Drax, Selby, North Yorkshire. The role reports to the Works Manager and requires hands-on leadership on site.

Based at the Drax site, you will oversee construction activities, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and drive project milestones to completion.

Qualifications

• Experience managing building works and fit-out on large civil projects.
• Strong health & safety leadership and site supervision abilities.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of building works and fit-out on a large civil project.
• Report to Works Manager and ensure schedule, budget, and quality standards are met.
• Manage site logistics, inspections, and safety compliance on the Drax, Selby site.
