Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London, a leading contractor, seeks a Site Manager for a £4 million fit-out project in Swindon. You will oversee day-to-day operations on-site, coordinating with PM, architects and clients to deliver on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

The role requires extensive site management experience on fit-out projects, and holding CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid. You will supervise subcontractors, monitor progress and report to the Project Manager daily.

Qualifications

• Experience on fit-out projects.
• CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificates required.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and report on progress.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

With a Leading and well established fit-out and refurbishment contractor that have completed numerous projects for blue-chip high profile clients. They pride themselves on the quality of projects and repeat business with their clients

They now require a Site Manager to work on a 4.Million fit out project in Swindon, Reporting into the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
