Site Manager - Fire Stopping (Technical Compliance Manager)

Region: Midlands / South

Salary: up to £46,000 + Paid travel time (estimated 15%) + Company Van or Car Allowance (£6,600 p/a)

The role:

We are currently seeking Fire Stopping Site Managers / Technical Compliance Managers to join our team. This role is site-based and involves managing 3 teams of 2 Fire Stoppers.

As a Technical Compliance Manager – Site Manager, you will be responsible for the safe control of a varied scope of fire protection works across occupied buildings including social housing, schools, colleges, universities, offices, and healthcare trusts.

You will manage and supervise daily on-site work, plan materials and supplies proactively, hold regular progress meetings with clients, conduct work inspections (including destructive testing), and ensure projects meet program and budget targets while maintaining accurate records in line with project specifications.

To succeed, you should have previous experience in a similar role, hold SMSTS / SSSTS certifications, and have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

This role is ideal for experienced fire protection professionals who are hands-on, understand the bigger picture, can motivate teams, and ensure technical compliance with industry standards.
