We are currently seeking Fire Stopping Site Managers / Technical Compliance Managers to join our team. This site-based role involves managing 3 teams of 2 Fire Stoppers each.
As a Technical Compliance Manager – Site Manager, you will be responsible for the safe management of a diverse scope of fire protection works across various occupied buildings, including social housing, schools, colleges, universities, offices, and healthcare trusts.
You will oversee daily on-site operations, proactively plan materials and supplies, conduct regular progress meetings with clients, perform inspections (including destructive testing), and ensure projects meet programme and budget targets. Accurate record-keeping in line with project specifications is essential.
Successful candidates will demonstrate previous relevant experience, hold SMSTS/SSSTS certifications, and have good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
This role suits experienced fire protection professionals who are hands-on, understand the bigger project picture, and can motivate teams while ensuring technical compliance with industry standards.
