Job Title: Site Manager with Fire Protection Experience

We are currently seeking a Site Manager with expertise in fire protection. This position is with a Multidiscipline UK Construction Contractor and involves projects in Manchester. The role can be offered as a contract or permanent position for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Producing survey and audit reports, including technical evaluations.
• Evaluating the compliance of firestop seals (new and existing) through plasterboard, blockwork, and slabs.
• Ensuring installation and maintenance requirements of various firestopping products (Rockwool, Nullifire, FSi, Firefly).
• Reviewing firestopping performance and identifying typical defects.
• Checking cavity barriers, fire curtains, smoke barriers, Durasteel systems, among others.

Ideal Candidate:

• Possesses knowledge of fire compartmentation and various construction types.
• Has previous experience in Fire Protection.
• Has a general awareness of fire safety regulations, including compliance with the Regulatory Reform Order and related guidance.
