Job description

Linsco are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a project in Mansfield, with the role primarily focused on finishing and snagging works.

This is a part‑time opportunity, with the successful candidate required on site for 2 days per week over the next 3 months.

The Role:

Location: Mansfield

Duration: 3 months

Days: 2 days per week

Rate: £280 per day

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the final stages of works on site.
• Managing and coordinating finishing and snagging activities.
• Monitoring subcontractors and ensuring works are completed to a high standard.
• Identifying and resolving outstanding defects and issues.
• Ensuring plots are progressing towards completion and handover.
• Liaising with subcontractors, site teams and senior management.
• Maintaining high standards of quality, health and safety and housekeeping.
• Keeping on top of the programme and ensuring outstanding works are completed within agreed timescales.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Site Manager, Finishing Manager or Assistant Site Manager.
• Strong experience within new build housing or residential construction.
• Good knowledge of finishing, snagging and handover processes.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Relevant CSCS card and site management qualifications.
• A proactive approach with a strong eye for detail.
