Site Manager, Estimator (Construction and Demolition)

Central London

£95,000 to £105,000 + Private Healthcare + Company Pension + Company Bonus

Are you a hands on Site Manager/Estimator or similar who's worked or working their way up the ranks, with good estimating experience in groundworks and drainage looking for your next career opportunity?

In this role, the successful Site Manager/Estimator would be responsible for pricing drainage, concrete and groundworks, as well as tracking labour and material costs and would train up the Junior Estimator.

The ideal Site Manager/Estimator would have come from hands on construction background, specialising in concrete, drainage and groundworks as well as being confident and enthusiastic about working within a team as the single Estimator in a busy department.

The Role:

• Determining costs for groundworks, new concrete frames and drainage




• Responsible for the Junior Estimator




• Examining projects and weighing in on their cost-effectiveness

The Person:

• Has experience as a practical Tier 2 Estimator




• Knowledge of pricing for groundworks, new concrete frames and drainage




• Good at working within a team




• Understands the whole construction site and build
