Client:

A large-scale main contractor specializing in public sector works, including schools, social housing, and other local authority projects.

Project:

The works will include upgrade and refurbishment of WC cubicles, classrooms, and structural alterations, including remodelling of the ground and first floors, with a standalone manager and visiting contracts manager.

The Manager should have:

• Enhanced DBS
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
• Team player but able to work independently when required
• Good eye for detail
• Health and safety focused
