Job summary

United Living Group is seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to oversee construction projects across London. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate with teams and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• NRSWA Supervisors certification required/advantageous.
• IOSH or SMSTS certification preferred.
• Water safety certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills for site management.
• Proven experience delivering water-related construction projects.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office.
• Valid UK driving license and ability to relocate to or work in London.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, coordinating with teams and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
• Manage resources including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including progress reports and safety records.
• Liaise with clients, authorities, and stakeholders to address concerns.
• Monitor and control project costs and identify cost-saving measures.
• Mentor and develop junior staff for continuous improvement.
