An established industry player is seeking a DV Security Cleared Construction Site Manager to lead the refurbishment and fit-out of a Data Centre in Hampshire and overseas. This role requires extensive experience in construction management, particularly within secure environments such as MoD, banks, and laboratories. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and relevant qualifications in engineering or construction. Job description

Salary: circa £400 per day negotiable – opportunity to also work overseas with all flights and accommodation provided.

DV Security Cleared Construction Site Manager Required for refurbishment and fit-out of a Data Centre in Hampshire & Overseas.

Interested applicants should have an excellent knowledge and experience of all main project management concepts, tools, and techniques.

Personal Specification:

• Design, management, or construction experience gained within secure construction environments, ideally MoD, Courts, Banks/Building Societies, Laboratories, Health & Education fit-outs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant qualifications (HND/HNC with site level experience) or a relevant Degree (Construction Project Management/Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering) or Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction management.
• M&E or CSA/Civils or Construction Site Management background.
• Programme management experience.
• Construction or mission critical background (Data Centre/Life Sciences/Pharma/Oil and Gas, etc.).
