Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as Civils Site Manager on substations or major infrastructure.
• Knowledge of groundworks, reinforced concrete and civil engineering packages.
• Valid CSCS card and site safety qualifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations across the civils package.

• Supervising groundworks, foundations, concrete works, ducting, drainage and associated infrastructure.

• Coordinating labour, plant, materials and subcontractors to maintain progress.
• Liaising with the Project Manager and wider site team to resolve any technical or programme issues.

We are currently seeking an experienced Civils Site Manager to join a major substation project in Glasgow, with an immediate start available and long-term work on offer.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager with a strong civils background and experience delivering works within the energy, power or substation sector.
