Job summary

SER Limited is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a short-term freelance assignment covering two live sites in Bromsgrove. You will manage day-to-day operations, oversee groundworks, drainage and civils, and coordinate site teams and subcontractors while maintaining HSE standards.

Essential qualifications include SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid, with strong groundworks experience and prior site management. Immediate start is required, with an estimated 2-week duration at £300–£330 per day (CIS).

The projects involve groundworks packages on new Aldi developments, so we need someone confident managing busy civils/groundworks operations and subcontractors on site.
