Job summary

Trevett Project Services is recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a modular programme in Chelmsford, Essex. The role requires security clearance and will operate within a secure government environment.

You will manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure compliance with NEC4 contracts. The position is based on-site in Chelmsford with a 6-month duration and a daily CIS rate of £300.

Qualifications

• SMSTS certificate
• First Aid qualification
• Asbestos Awareness
• Awareness of NEC4 contracts
• Strong programme reading, reporting and client liaison skills
• Ability to obtain the required security clearance

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day site activities
• Read and work to project programmes, monitoring progress against key milestones
• Provide regular progress reports and updates
• Liaise directly with the client and wider project team
• Review and approve RAMS
• Coordinate subcontractors and site activities
• Ensure works are delivered safely and in line with programme requirements
• Work within an NEC4 contract environment
