Job summary

Involve Recruitment is seeking competent Site Managers to oversee daily operations on MOD sites, ensuring safe, on-programme delivery with strict site security.

Role requires proven site management experience in construction/civils/M&E, active SC clearance or eligibility, and valid SMSTS/CSCS credentials, with strong leadership and independence on secure sites. Freedom to work across nationwide MOD projects available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction/civils/M&E (relevant sector experience).
• SC Clearance held or eligible to obtain (essential - UK nationals or eligible).
• SMSTS (or equivalent) and CSCS card.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently on secure sites.
• Own transport (site locations may have limited public transport access).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site activities and subcontractors on-site.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and MOD site security procedures.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to maintain programme.
• Monitor quality of works and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.
• Liaise with MOD site personnel regarding access, security, and site protocols.
