Job summary

BMSL Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager for ongoing works in the Bournemouth area. You will be responsible for running construction sites with a can-do attitude and a strong focus on safety and delivery.

Applicants should have 5–10 years of on-site management experience, SMSTS, First Aid, and a Black CSCS card; modular and medical project background is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of running construction sites.
• SMSTS certified.
• First Aid certification.
• Background in Modular & Medical projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing works in the Bournemouth area.
• Ensure site safety, quality and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedule and progress reporting.

Job description

BMSL require an experienced Site Manager for ogoing works in the Bournemouth area.

You will have at least 5-10 years experience in running Consturction Sites & have a "can do" attitude.

A background in both Modular & Medical Projects would be a distinct advantage alog with an Advanced DBS would be a distinct advantage.

You mus posess a Valid SMSTS, 1st Aid Cert, Black CSCS Card.
