• Gérer un projet d'une valeur de 9 millions £ en tant que Site Manager.
• Assurer la liaison avec les clients et les professionnels.

• Project Manager: £75k-£95k + full benefits package
• Site Manager: £60k-£75k + full benefits package

Opportunities

• Project Manager: Lead and direct site teams, manage projects valued from £5m to £10m, coordinate programming, liaise with clients and professionals, and oversee multiple stages of projects.
• Site Manager: Manage a £9m project, reporting to a Project Manager, with responsibilities split between site and office work.

Candidate Requirements

Must have experience in single dwelling, Prime Residential refurbishment projects in London valued at £2m+.
