The Opportunities

• Project Manager: Lead and direct onsite project teams, acting as No.1 on site, reporting to Project Director/Contracts Manager. Projects valued from £5m to £10m.
• Responsibilities include programming, managing daily site activities, liaising with clients and professionals, and handling multiple projects during pre-construction and post-completion stages.
• Site Manager: Manage a project of approximately £9m, reporting to a Project Manager who splits time between site and office.
