Job summary

Clearfield Recruitment Limited is seeking a Site Manager for a warehouse refurbishment project in Winchester. You will oversee day-to-day on-site activities, coordinate trades, and ensure works are delivered safely, on time and within budget on a fast-paced 8–12 week programme.

The role requires proven refurbishment management experience, SMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid at Work, with strong organisational and communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders across all project phases.

Scope of Works

• Warehouse strip-out and enabling works
• Internal painting and decorating
• Flooring installation
• Suspended ceiling works
• Installation of temporary fixtures and fittings
