The Gates Primary School is seeking a permanent full-time Site Manager to support the School Business Manager in managing security, maintenance and cleaning of all premises. The role involves security, health and safety inspections, supervising site operations, porterage, cleaning, and liaising with contractors.
The post requires 37 hours per week, from 7:30–11:30 and 14:00–17:30, with some weekend flexibility.

Dealing with contractors is a large part of the role.

This role has an immediate start date but we will honour any notice periods that the successful candidate may have with their existing employer. The hours of work are 37 hours per week, all year round. Normal working hours will be 7.30 -11.30 am and 2.00pm until 5.30pm, although this is negotiable. Flexibility to support the occasional school events and some weekend work will be required.
The salary is £27,269-£30,060. Grade E.
