We are seeking a National Grid Electricity Distribution (NGED) authorised Site Manager to join our client on switchboard and transformer change projects across the Midlands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. (PERMANENT)

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth workflow.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports on progress, issues, and resolutions.
  • Lead team meetings to communicate project goals, updates, and expectations effectively.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure that all work meets the required standards.
  • Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  • National Grid Electricity Distribution (NGED) authorisation needed.
