Invision Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee social housing refurbishment schemes in Liverpool. You will lead void and tenanted properties, with a focus on kitchens, bathrooms, and external works, ensuring safety, programme adherence and high-quality outcomes.

The role requires strong coordination of subcontractors, effective communication with Contracts Managers and client representatives, and a commitment to customer care in occupied settings.

Qualifications

• Previous Site Management experience within social housing refurbishment.
• Experience delivering kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes.
• Experience managing external refurbishment works.
• Experience across void and tenanted properties.
• Experience working in occupied social housing environments.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

A well-established refurbishment contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager to oversee social housing refurbishment works across Liverpool.

The successful candidate will have strong experience delivering refurbishment programmes across both void and tenanted properties, with a particular focus on kitchens, bathrooms and external works.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of refurbishment works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.

• Manage refurbishment works across both void and occupied social housing properties.
• Oversee kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes.
• Manage external refurbishment works, including roofing, windows, doors, rendering and associated works.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site operatives.
• Ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
• Liaise with Contracts Managers, Resident Liaison Officers and client representatives.
• Manage site health & safety, quality and compliance.
• Carry out regular site inspections and monitor workmanship.
• Manage materials, labour and resources effectively.
• Ensure excellent standards of customer care are maintained when working within tenanted properties.
• Complete site records, inspections and relevant project documentation.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous Site Management experience within social housing refurbishment.
