Job summary

Invision Group is recruiting a Site Manager to oversee social housing refurbishment projects in Birmingham. You will manage void and tenanted properties, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality across kitchens, bathrooms and external works.

You will coordinate subcontractors, liaise with Contracts Managers and Resident Liaison Officers, and maintain excellent customer care on occupied sites. A full UK driving licence is required.

• Experience delivering kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes.
• Experience managing external refurbishment works.
• Experience working across void and tenanted properties.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage refurbishment works across void and occupied social housing properties.
• Oversee kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes.
• Manage external refurbishment works, including roofing, windows, doors, rendering and associated works.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site operatives.
• Ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
• Liaise with Contracts Managers, Resident Liaison Officers and client representatives.
• Manage site health & safety, quality and compliance.
• Carry out regular site inspections and monitor workmanship.
• Manage materials, labour and resources effectively.
• Ensure excellent standards of customer care are maintained when working within tenanted properties.
• Complete site records, inspections and relevant project documentation.

A well-established refurbishment contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager to oversee social housing refurbishment works across Birmingham.

The successful candidate will have strong experience delivering refurbishment programmes across both void and tenanted properties, with a particular focus on kitchens, bathrooms and external works.

The Role

About You

• Previous Site Management experience within social housing refurbishment.
• Strong experience delivering kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes.
• Experience managing external refurbishment works.
• Experience working across both void and tenanted properties.
• Strong knowledge of working within occupied social housing environments.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively.
• A full UK driving licence.
