The ideal candidate will ensure the successful delivery of Social Housing and Planned Maintenance contracts. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, and guiding project activities. Job description

Looking for a well established Site Manager to join a leading maintenance contractor based in Welwyn on a permanent basis.

• You will lead the day to day works and activity on the project, managing both DLO and Subcontractors.
• Ensuring operational service delivery and productivity while championing health and safety at all times.
• Works carried out will include, EWI, Roofing, internal and external refurbishments works

This role would be ideal for someone who has a strong track record of delivering Social Housing/ Planned Maintenance contracts on time and within budget.

What you will need:

• Proven experience within Site Management, ideally Trade/ Maintenance background
• Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
• NVQ Level 4 (or above) in Construction Site Supervision or above.
• Knowledge of IT Applications ranging from Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Power Project
• A HSE recognised First Aid at work qualification
