A leading company is seeking a Site Manager for a planned maintenance project in West Sussex. The role involves responsibility for upgrading properties through various installations such as kitchens, bathrooms, and solar PV systems. Ideal candidates will have relevant certifications and experience in managing such projects, preferably on a freelance basis with potential for permanence.
My client is seeking a Site Manager to work on a planned maintenance project in West Sussex.
The successful Site Manager will be responsible for upgrading properties. This could be anything from installing new kitchens & bathrooms, new windows & doors, roof repairs, installation of solar PV panels or EWI systems. You will have experience managing planned maintenance projects previously, ideally for a main contractor.
To be considered for this Site Manager role, you must have valid SMSTS, Black CSCS, First Aid and Asbestos Awareness certificates. You must also have a UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
This Site Manager position is being offered on an initial freelance basis with the possibility of going permanent further down the line. Pay rate is £28.50 per hour CIS, and mileage is covered at 45p per mile.
