Astrea Academy Trust is seeking an exceptional Senior Site Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across Longsands Academy and Ernulf Academy in Cambridgeshire. This is a varied and hands‑on role where you will lead site teams, oversee maintenance and compliance activities, manage contractors and projects, and ensure both academies remain safe, secure and fully operational for students, staff and visitors., Reporting to the Estates Repairs & Maintenance Manager, you will provide practical leadership across both academy sites, ensuring premises, grounds and facilities are maintained to a high standard and remain compliant with all relevant legislation and Trust requirements. You will work closely with academy leaders, operational staff and central Trust teams to coordinate maintenance activities, manage risks, support capital works and drive continuous improvement across both sites.
