Site Manager Required - School Fit-Out Project - St Ives, Cambridgeshire (PE27)

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 10-week school fit-out project with a contract value of £700,000, based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire (PE27).

Details:

• Start Date: Wednesday 7th May
• Duration: 10 Weeks
• Rate: £280 - £320 per day (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 07:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Duties Will Include:

• Managing day-to-day operations on site
• Coordinating subcontractors and site teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Ensuring compliance with all health & safety regulations
• Conducting site inspections and maintaining quality control
• Keeping accurate site records and reporting progress
• Liaising with clients and consultants where required

Requirements:

• Relevant site management qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS)
• Proven experience managing fit-out projects, ideally within the education sector
• A current DBS check is highly desirable
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Full PPE
