- Ensuring all Health & Safety is always adhered to on-site
- Excellent reporting skills with a focus on quality
- Ability to effectively manage and coordinate site teams
- Ensuring projects are on schedule and to budget
- Effective stakeholder management - quickly build and maintain relationships

Site Manager required skills & experience:
- 3 years’ experience as Site Manager
- Degree qualified
- CSCS black card, First Aid, SMSTS certificate
- Proven experience working on Modular projects
