Leading sites up to £6M (or second on larger £10M+ works), you will manage operations, logistics, safety, and quality, forge solid supply‑chain relationships, and drive 2–4 week lookahead programmes to hit milestones and deliver defect‑free handovers.

Are you an experienced Site Manager who takes genuine pride in high-quality building, strong supply chain relationships, and prompt site delivery?
We are partnering with a thriving, highly respected family-owned Regional Main Contractor with over a century of building heritage. Known for their "prompt payment" culture, exceptional staff retention, and commitment to pristine construction quality, they are looking for a Site Manager to join their South Coast division.
Their project portfolio spans £1M to £12M across healthcare, independent education, commercial refurbs, heritage/listed restoration, and community developments across Hampshire and West Sussex.
Location & Travel: Based in or around Southampton / Portsmouth / Chichester, happy to travel to project sites along the M27/A27 corridor (Southampton across to West Sussex).
Tickets: CSCS Black Card, SMSTS, First Aid at Work. Trade background or HNC/Degree in Construction is preferred.
