We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a new residential development in Telford, working for a PLC housebuilder.

The role requires taking overall responsibility for day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and trades, and ensuring builds meet safety, quality and programme targets. Experience on housing association and open market projects is valued.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as Site Manager in residential housing.
• Experience working with PLC housebuilders desirable.
• Understanding of timber frame and traditional build methods.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a new residential housebuilding development in Telford, working on behalf of an established PLC housebuilder.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with a strong residential background who has previously worked with a PLC housebuilder and understands the standards and processes involved in delivering high-quality new homes.
