Our client is a leading contractor with sites in and around Sheffield. They are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee multiple Student Accommodation/Apartment Fit-out projects in Sheffield.

Responsibilities:

1. Ordering Labour, Plant, and Materials
2. Chairing and attending weekly progress meetings
3. Identifying and resolving project issues
4. Acting as the main point of contact for the client

• Strong work ethic
• First Aid Certificate
