Job summary

Logical Personnel Solutions are seeking a Site Manager to lead a roofing project in Scarborough (YO12). The role requires on-site oversight, health and safety compliance, and coordinating roofing activities on a busy site.

The contract is short-term, starting ASAP and running for about 9 weeks, with a daily rate of £280.00. Successful applicants will hold valid qualifications and be able to commence immediately.

Qualifications

• CSCS card (Black/White) is required for access to site.
• SMSTS or equivalent health and safety training.
• Enhanced DBS check completed before work.
• First Aid certification is mandatory on site.
• Fire Warden responsibilities may be required.
• Manual Handling awareness as part of health & safety.
• Asbestos Awareness knowledge is preferred.
• Working at Heights competency is essential.
